The cacao in this chocolate bar comes from the heart of Cameroon’s Centre Region, where Menu Elvis Tataw has been growing exceptional cacao on his farm in Bafia. Cacao runs deep in his family—his ancestors have cultivated it for generations. In 2003, Elvis started his own farm, carrying forward this legacy with a commitment to quality and sustainability.

To secure better prices and fairer conditions for farmers, Elvis and his community formed a cooperative. With support from the International Cocoa Initiative (ICI), they’ve received training in sustainable farming and ethical practices, ensuring that their cacao is grown with care—not just for flavour, but for the people behind it.

The result? A chocolate that bursts with red berry flavours, lifted by delicate jasmine and orange blossom undertones. It’s a taste of Cameroon’s rich terroir, shaped by tradition and expertise.
