Shipping Method

Your exquisite box of Chocolat Philippe is meticulously packed in our custom shipping box and dispatched using Express Post. In most instances, you can anticipate your chocolate to arrive on the next business day or within two days.

Shipping Time

We aim to send your order on the very same day it is placed. However, if you make your purchase toward the end of the week or over the weekend, we may opt to wait until the beginning of the following week to ensure your chocolates aren’t in transit over the weekend when temperatures might exceed 25-26°C. This precaution helps maintain the quality of your chocolates. If you still wish to have your chocolates shipped despite high temperatures, please consider the Hot Weather Shipping option below.

Hot Weather Shipping

For warmer temperatures, we recommend selecting the Hot Weather Insulated Packaging option at checkout. This option includes reflective foil packaging with a dry gel ice pack inside, all sent in an eco-friendly insulated envelope to ensure your chocolates stay cool and fresh during transit.

Local Collection

For our customers who prefer to have control over when they receive their chocolates, we offer a convenient local pickup option in partnership with The Deli in Erskineville (110 Erskineville Rd). You can collect your order during The Deli’s regular opening hours, which are as follows:

– Monday: Closed
– Tuesday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
– Saturday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
– Sunday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Once you receive an email notifying you that your order is on its way, your chocolates will be readily available for pickup during these hours. This option allows you to choose a pickup time that suits your schedule, ensuring your Chocolat Philippe experience is tailored to your preferences.
